Do you ship your cupcakes and cookies ?

Do you offer local deliver?



Yes! We offer locally delivery seven days a week in the DMV metro area as well as some parts of PA. Delivery orders are subject to a delivery fee calculated from the Stacey's Cakes & Creations location. For any local delivery-related inquiries, please contact us and we would be delighted to assist!



Can I order online for pick-up, delivery, or shipping?



For your convenience orders are accepted via email, direct message, messenger, phone call or text. All available pick-up and delivery dates and times are agreed upon during order placement.



Can I phone or e-mail an order for pick-up or delivery?



Of course! The best way to place an order is through email. However, you can also contact us and place an order over the phone or text. All orders are confirmed with a follow up email with attached invoice.



Do you accept same-day delivery orders?



Same-day delivery orders are not accepted at this time.



Is a deposit required?



For all orders, we kindly request at least a 50% deposit payment in advance to secure your order date.



Do you accept same-day pick-up orders?



Same-day pick-ups are not accepted at this time.



Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?



Yes! Customers may choose to include a personalized gift message printed on Stacey's Cakes & Creations stationery to include with their order.



How do I store my cupcakes once I pick them up or receive them?



We recommend that you store your cupcakes at room temperature and enjoy them on the date of pick-up, delivery, or shipping arrival. If you will be consuming the cupcakes more than 24 hours after purchasing them, we recommend freezing them and enjoying them for up to 10 days after they are purchased. To thaw them, leave them at room temperature for 2–3 hours before they are to be served.



If I have a nut-allergy, should I order from Stacey's Cakes & Creations?



Though Stacey's Cakes & Creations is NOT a nut-free bakery, we definitely make to note every allergy when accepting an order and ensure all cautions are more than met to ensure everyone can enjoy your custom order at your event.



Does Stacey's Cakes & Creations offer any gluten-free, vegan, dairy-free or sugar-free options?



Stacey's Cakes & Creations is pleased to offer dairy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free and vegan cake and cupcake flavors options upon request. Please ensure to notify us verbally and in writing of all allergies and/or dietary restrictions. All noted allergies and/or dietary restrictions will be in printed in your invoice, paperwork and contract.
